Park Place Residences is a mixed development in Paya Lebar has a leasehold tenure that lasts for 99 years. Park Place Residences is a new mixed development plan in Paya Lebar. The developers Lendlease are planning to transform the region into an excellence of style and class.

Paya Lebar Quarter and Park Place Residences are located at the junction of Sims Avenue and Paya Lebar Road. The location is strategic and in line with the government plans for developing commercial hubs at the city fringes.
